Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a District Field Technician at its Minneapolis rental facility to maintain and repair customer- and company-owned heavy equipment, aerial lifts, and tools. The role uses work-order technology, diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, orders parts, documents service, assists with equipment and parts pickup and delivery, and may travel to customer job sites. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling. Compensation is $19.50–$42 per hour, with full-time medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
