Description
The District Loss Prevention Manager will develop and implement loss prevention programs across 15 or more selling locations, overseeing inventory shortage control, audits, physical security, investigations, compliance, budgeting, safety, and performance management. The role also recruits and trains loss prevention personnel, manages direct reports, prepares reports, and leads the district toward unit goals. Required qualifications include strong communication, complex-decision-making, and retail loss prevention experience at the multi-store level; preferred qualifications include Internal Interviewing Certification and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field.
