Camden is seeking a District Manager to oversee a multifamily residential property portfolio and lead high-performing onsite teams. The role focuses on strategic pricing, sales and leasing, revenue and occupancy growth, budgeting and financial analysis, market competition, regulatory compliance, maintenance and capital improvements, team development, and special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, and rehabilitation. The position requires multi-site property management experience, 5–10 years of progressive residential property management responsibility, strong financial and marketing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
