Description
Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, execute company initiatives, drive EBITDAR, sales, and customer-service performance, manage hiring and training, oversee inventory and safety, resolve customer complaints, and coach store managers and team members. The role requires at least five years of automotive repair and retail sales experience, including management experience, along with leadership, communication, Microsoft and Google Suite, presentation, travel, and driver-license requirements. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 annually plus monthly bonuses, with medical, dental, life, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
