Description
The District Manager oversees the operational, financial, regulatory, and physical performance of a portfolio of affordable and multifamily housing communities. The role leads Community Managers and site teams, manages budgets and occupancy goals, oversees leasing, resident relations, maintenance, compliance, and staff development, and coordinates with owners, regulators, investors, vendors, and corporate departments. The position requires extensive affordable-housing property management and multi-site leadership experience, regular travel between communities, and several required certifications.
