Flik Hospitality is hiring a District Manager to lead Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services, manage multiple accounts within a territory, and drive operational, financial, safety, quality, and client-service goals. The role includes account leadership, sales and retention collaboration, compliance and audit oversight, financial P&L ownership, team development, and extensive travel. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or five years of progressive experience in relevant food service, hospitality, plant operations, environmental services, laundry, or support services, with extensive travel required.
