Description
Five Guys is hiring a District Manager to lead 6–10 high-volume fast-casual restaurants, drive sales growth and EBITDA, improve throughput and operational consistency, develop General Managers, and maintain strong guest experiences. The role requires at least five years of multi-unit fast-casual or QSR leadership, experience managing high-volume locations, strong coaching ability, and availability in restaurants 70–80% of the time. Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus, car allowance or mileage reimbursement, health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a path to Regional Director.
