The role focuses on top-line sales, hiring and retention, customer-service training, strategic planning, regional support, labor management, and developing diverse teams. Candidates need at least five years of multi-unit regional management experience in food and beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail, plus two or more years of leadership experience in a customer-service-oriented role.
