Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. is hiring a District Manager to provide operational oversight for 4 to 5 extended-stay hotel locations along Florida's I-4 corridor, including properties that are open, in late-stage development, or under construction. The role focuses on financial performance, guest satisfaction, compliance, staffing, General Manager mentorship, sales and occupancy growth, and onboarding new properties. Candidates must permanently reside in the Greater Orlando or Central Florida area, handle approximately 60% travel within Florida, and demonstrate multi-location hospitality experience, leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Compensation includes a performance-based quarterly bonus, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) with company matching, and an auto allowance or mileage reimbursement program.
