Public Storage is hiring a District Manager to lead and develop customer-facing teams, manage a portfolio of multi-unit self-storage locations, oversee facilities, vendors, tenant delinquency, audits, safety compliance, customer service, and district sales growth. The role requires leadership experience in retail, service, hospitality, or a related industry, operational audit and payroll-budget experience, strong communication and time-management skills, MS Office proficiency, and availability for weekend telephone work and five Saturdays per year during peak season. Compensation is $105,000–$121,000 annually, with a first-year total-compensation award opportunity of $121,000, performance-based bonus potential, stock participation, healthcare, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a Monday-through-Friday schedule.
