Description
The District Manager is responsible for the overall operations and profit and loss (P&L) of 5-8 restaurants, overseeing financial performance, staff management, and adherence to operating standards to ensure success. This role is for a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group with 300 stores, with plans for further growth and acquisitions in 2026. The position requires a hands-on coach with multi-unit experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in budget and cost control.
