Description
Rumpke is seeking a District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple waste-management sites within an assigned region. The role manages budgets, staffing, compliance, safety, performance, and growth; develops managers and frontline teams; serves as a liaison with municipalities and government officials; and represents the company at community events. The position supervises 1–5 employees and other managers, requires 8–10 years of waste-management or transportation operations experience, and involves travel, flexible hours, overtime, emergency calls, and exposure to waste and traffic conditions.
