Description
The District Manager supports 4 to 6 branches, each employing 25 to 30 people, and manages a team of approximately 80 employees. The role oversees commercial targets, people development, legislation and internal-regulation compliance, financial and inventory analysis, customer experience, and coordination with inventory, human resources, logistics, IT, finance, and marketing. Candidates need a higher education degree, prior leadership experience, and flexibility for irregular hours and Saturday work.
