Description
Sev Skin is hiring a field-based District Manager to lead multiple studios across an assigned district, drive revenue, profitability, operational performance, and client experience, and develop Multi-Unit Studio Managers and Studio Managers. The role requires at least five years of multi-unit leadership experience, strong financial and KPI skills, and approximately 75% travel within the district, including weekly in-person studio visits. The position reports to the SVP, Field Operations and offers a base salary of $120,000 plus potential annual bonus, with medical, dental, and vision insurance available to eligible full-time employees.
