Description
Structube is hiring a District Manager for its Waterloo and London locations. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Operations, the role oversees district performance, sales, profitability, customer experience, store operations, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and management-team development. The District Manager leads store managers, analyzes KPIs, conducts store visits, supports escalated customer situations, and serves as the primary link between stores and head office. The position requires at least seven years of retail experience, including three years in store or multi-store management, regular travel, a valid driver’s licence, and access to a vehicle.
