ThompsonGas is hiring a District Manager to oversee one or more assigned district locations and branch managers. The role is responsible for customer service, safety compliance, customer growth and financial planning, staffing and employee development, operating expenses, inventory and audit compliance, purchasing, DOT and vehicle compliance, and performance reviews. A high school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred, and five or more years of propane-industry experience with employee management is preferred.
