Description
Walgreens is hiring a District Manager to oversee operations and execution across a district, including retail pharmacies, home care, clinics, specialty pharmacy, and other business units. The role supervises Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, coaches and develops leaders, manages merchandising, inventory, staffing, compliance, community events, customer experience, financial performance, and district-wide initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and five years of retail management experience or a high school diploma/GED and seven years of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel at least 85% of the time. The salary range is $110,000 to $160,000 per year.
