The 44-week training program prepares the trainee to lead store managers, develop and supervise store personnel, improve operating results, manage staffing and compliance, resolve escalated issues, and achieve district sales and budget goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, daily domestic travel, and offers a starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and salary increases in subsequent years.
