CSU is hiring a District Manager in the Breda region for a 40-hour-per-week full-time contract. The role manages cleaning operations across client locations, arranges staff cover, supports new employees, coordinates projects and supplies, maintains client relationships, prepares for inspections, and supports team wellbeing. Candidates need an mbo-level education, at least two years of comparable experience, a category B driving licence, commercial leadership, planning and organizational skills, and reliability. The position offers a monthly salary of €2,947–€4,333, a company car, home-working options, pension, and other benefits.
