Description
District Manager for dd's DISCOUNTS at Ross Stores is responsible for overseeing all phases of district operations, ensuring store performance aligns with company standards, driving sales, profit, customer service, shrink reduction, and budget control across assigned locations. The role includes frequent store visits, leadership of store managers, recruiting and developing talent, handling employee relations, and using data to identify trends and solve problems. It is a regular full-time hybrid field leadership position based in the Mesquite/Dallas, Texas area with 25% travel.
