Alber is hiring a District Manager DE – Southeast / Bavaria region to independently plan and execute sales activities, set and monitor targets, own sales and profit for defined product areas, analyze the territory and market, prepare an annual activity plan, report monthly, and provide customer and product-development feedback. The role requires vocational training or a degree in a commercial or technical field, ideally initial industry experience, strong sales and communication skills, willingness to travel, and high motivation.
