ALDI is hiring a full-time District Manager Trainee to complete a 44-week training program and prepare to oversee multiple stores in the Royal Palm Beach Division serving Ft Myers, Florida. The role supervises store managers and personnel, develops sales and operational performance, manages staffing and employee relations, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, resolves escalated customer and employee concerns, and supports district goals and budgets. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, and the position requires daily domestic travel with a company car.
