Dexterra Group is hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple hospitality or built-environment locations across a region. The role owns the district’s P&L, revenue, client relationships, operational processes, safety and compliance, financial targets, and people management, while reporting to the Regional Operations Director. It requires at least five years of operations or business development experience, strong leadership and financial management skills, a valid G license and clean abstract, and the ability to travel 25–40% to remote sites. The position offers a $105,000–$110,000 annual salary, benefits, and a flexible office and telecommuting schedule.
