ALDI is hiring a District Manager Intern for its Northern Illinois and Chicago division. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week summer internship lasts 10 weeks and pays $28 per hour plus eligibility for overtime. The intern learns store operations, customer satisfaction, policies and procedures, administrative and hiring support, inventory, store resets, and grand openings, while shadowing store managers or manager trainees and preparing reports for executives. The intern must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and demonstrate communication, organization, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
