ALDI is hiring a District Manager Intern for a 10-week summer internship covering Northern and Central Virginia and Eastern North Carolina. The full-time, 40-hour-per-week role pays $28.00 per hour plus eligibility for overtime and involves shadowing store managers, learning store operations, assisting with administrative and hiring tasks, supporting inventory and store resets, and improving store conditions. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and demonstrate communication, organization, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
