ALDI is hiring a full-time District Manager Trainee to complete a 44-week training program and prepare to oversee multiple stores in the O'Fallon Division covering Eastern Missouri, Central and Southern Illinois, Southern Iowa, and Northeast Arkansas. The role supervises store managers and personnel, develops sales and operational performance, manages staffing and employee relations, resolves escalated issues, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and supports district goals and budgets. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and domestic travel is required daily.
