Dolls Kill is hiring a District Manager to lead retail store operations and drive results across current stores while expanding the store fleet into new locations. The role owns store performance, sets operating plans, leads store leadership hiring and development, manages inventory and forecasting, improves customer experience, runs promotions and audits, and oversees facilities. Candidates need at least five years of retail management experience, including multi-unit leadership and a record of growing sales and profit, along with strong team-building, data-driven, inventory, merchandising, and POS capabilities. The role requires approximately 60% travel and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; a bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
