Description
Team Honey Badger, a large Domino's franchise, is hiring a District Manager/Supervisor to oversee five to seven restaurant units. The role leads restaurant management teams, drives sales and profitability, develops unit managers, and enforces financial controls, operating standards, policies, and procedures. Candidates need a college degree plus at least three years of district management or multi-unit restaurant operating experience (or equivalent), leadership and operations-management ability, talent and performance-management skills, financial analysis skills, and a clean driving and criminal record. Compensation is stated as $50,000–$100,000 or more per year plus bonus and benefits.
