Team Honey Badger, a large Domino's franchise, is hiring a District Manager/Supervisor to oversee five to seven restaurants in the Twin Cities Metro. The role leads restaurant management teams, drives sales and profitability, develops unit managers, enforces financial controls and operating standards, and maintains customer and employee experience. Candidates need a college degree and at least three years of district-management or multi-unit restaurant experience (or equivalent), leadership, talent and performance management, financial analysis, and a clean driving and criminal record. The position offers an estimated $50,000–$100,000+ annual salary with bonus and benefits.
