JYSK is recruiting a District Manager Trainee for its one-year training program, which includes five midweek in-person sessions followed by two-month store placements. The trainee will manage and coach a store team, monitor KPIs, implement procedures, motivate colleagues, maintain store standards, manage inventory, and identify development needs.
