ALDI is hiring a full-time District Manager Trainee to complete a 44-week intensive training program preparing the candidate to oversee multiple stores in the Oak Creek Division serving Wisconsin. The role leads and develops store managers, supervises store personnel, drives sales and operational performance, manages staffing and compliance, resolves escalated issues, and supports district goals and budgets. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, domestic travel is required daily, and the position offers a starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and salary increases in subsequent years.
