Impact Fire Services is hiring a District Operations Manager for its Denver, Colorado district office. The role oversees multiple fire protection service lines, manages department managers, leads a large P&L, develops financial and operational goals, and drives local business growth. The position requires progressive district P&L and team-management experience, strong business acumen, customer-service skills, and leadership-development ability; a relevant bachelor’s degree and fire-alarm or commercial-sprinkler licensing are preferred. Compensation is $125,000 to $150,000 base salary plus performance bonus and equity opportunity, with relocation assistance available.
