The District Manager manages day-to-day operations at a medium- to large-sized site, supports Route Managers, monitors performance and productivity metrics, oversees safety, compliance, employee development, budgeting, equipment utilization, and labor relations, and coordinates with local government agencies. The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license; two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field are preferred. The expected base pay is $88,550 to $98,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
