EōS Fitness is hiring a District Operations Manager to oversee the service team and day-to-day operations across multiple gym locations. The role manages people leadership, recruiting, schedules, payroll, budgets, inventory, facility maintenance, compliance, KPI analysis, member and staff experience, and community relationships. Candidates need at least five years of customer service experience, three years of management or leadership experience, and one year of multi-unit management experience, along with CPR and trainer certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a gym setting. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 USD, bonus opportunities, and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
