EōS Fitness is hiring a District Operations Manager to oversee multiple gym locations and support day-to-day operations, including people leadership, recruiting, inventory, scheduling, payroll, budgets, facility maintenance, compliance, and member experience. The role requires strong customer service, management, communication, organization, Excel proficiency, CPR/trainer certification within 30 days, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work across multiple locations. Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 USD plus bonus opportunities, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
