Description
The District Manager manages day-to-day operations at a medium- to large-sized site, supports Route Managers, monitors performance and productivity metrics, oversees safety, compliance, employee development, budgeting, equipment utilization, and labor and material costs, and coordinates with local government agencies. The role requires an associate's degree or accredited high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and preferably two years of relevant work experience. The expected base pay is $118,000 to $125,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
