Description
The Program Leader provides tutoring support and supervision to students in an expanded learning program, working with up to 25 students at a 25:1 ratio. Responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, following assigned activities, ensuring safety and supervision, implementing program components and curriculum, and collaborating with program staff, instructional-day staff, parents, and community members. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency and at least 48 semester units at an institution of higher education.
