Nalco Water is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to grow revenue and profit in targeted accounts through consultative selling, account leadership, and the sale of water treatment and specialty chemical technologies. The role involves developing customer relationships, recommending continuous improvement plans, providing technical support, analyzing systems and data, and resolving customer challenges. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences, five years of technical or field sales experience in light or food and beverage industries, water treatment or specialty chemical experience, and knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, wet-end chemistry, and pulp mill operations.
