Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring a full-time District Service Manager for the Arlington, Virginia and surrounding DMV area. The role manages valet trash service operations at assigned properties, leads and schedules porters, maintains customer and employee relationships, handles records and violations, delivers trash and recycling, and may require a split shift with work from home and in the field. The position offers $50,000 annual compensation, paid training, health insurance, PTO, and bonus or commission opportunities, and requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED, people-management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
