Description
This is a full-time District Supervisor position responsible for overseeing ground and facility maintenance within an assigned district. The supervisor will manage tasks, assign duties to various work crews, and ensure compliance with Salt Lake City specifications. Key responsibilities include scheduling, supply tracking, equipment operation and maintenance, payroll processing, and ensuring high-quality work standards. The role also involves resolving performance issues, making personnel recommendations, and potentially acting as manager in absence. Additionally, the supervisor may collaborate with city agencies and public entities.
