Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring a District Team Leader to oversee the direction, coordination, quality, staffing, compliance, and profitability of up to 15 childcare BASE or Early Learning Care locations. The role leads and develops Site Team Leaders and Directors, manages P&L and HR functions, ensures curriculum quality and state licensing compliance, analyzes family satisfaction metrics, promotes programs, and maintains safety and child-protection standards across assigned districts.
