Description
The Dive Instructor assists and instructs guests in scuba diving practices governed by PADI or NAUI, coordinates dive plans, maintains guest safety, responds to illness or injury, applies first aid and CPR, cleans and stores equipment, and reports faulty equipment or unresolved matters to senior instructors or the watersports manager. The role requires PADI or NAUI instructor certification, a lifeguard license, CPR training, a Coxswain license for vessels with 500Hp engines, Basic Compressor Certification (MAKO), and Certified Regulator Technician certification.
