Description
The university is hiring a Diversity Management manager to design, structure, and implement diversity measures; moderate awareness initiatives; manage advisory and first-contact offices for social-affairs concerns; and secure third-party funding. The role requires an academic degree in humanities or social sciences or another degree with proven diversity expertise, strong communication and counseling skills, team and project leadership experience, proven third-party-funded project experience, and very good German. It is a permanent part-time position at 50% in the Diversity Management staff unit at Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences, with application submissions due by 04.10.2026.
