MetalTek is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Division Controller to lead all financial and accounting operations at their Waukesha, WI production facility. The controller will act as a critical business partner to plant leadership, offering financial insights to enhance operational efficiency, manage costs, and inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, leading month-end closing, analyzing production costs, driving budgeting and forecasting, ensuring internal controls, collaborating with plant management, and leading cross-functional teams.
