Description
The Division Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for three companies, oversee financial reporting and accounting controls, analyze income and expenditures for regulatory and tax compliance, approve journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, coordinate physical inventory counts with the plant, and lead process and control improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of accounting experience, at least three years preparing financial statements, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. It is a regular full-time, salaried exempt position in Delphos, Ohio, with a stated salary of $103,108 to $148,000 per year.
