Description
The Division Controller serves as the primary financial leader for an assigned business division, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, capital projects, and workforce planning. The role partners with division, operations, HR, and corporate leadership to improve profitability and align financial results with corporate objectives, while supervising accounting and finance staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including 3 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
