The role leads accounting procedures, budgeting, cost accounting, accounts receivable and payable, forecasting, financial analysis, variance analysis, cost-reduction recommendations, reporting, and process improvements, while collaborating with corporate accounting and senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 2–5 years of financial accounting experience, construction-industry experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook; Procore, Sage, Tableau, and Spitfire experience is preferred.
