Description
DaVita is hiring a Division Home Director for its Orca Division covering Northern and Central California. The role leads strategic growth, physician and hospital partnerships, patient education, clinical and operational outcomes, financial reporting, budgeting, staffing, and patient-load management. It reports to the Division Vice President, has no direct reports or P&L ownership, and requires up to 50–70% travel. The position requires eight years of multi-site management experience, preferably in healthcare, a bachelor’s degree, and strong business, analytical, relationship-building, and patient-centered-care skills. The salary range is $129,000 to $205,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
