Elevate Textiles is hiring a Division Engineer to lead maintenance operations across its Burlington and Safety Components manufacturing facilities, primarily in Raeford, North Carolina. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, safety and regulatory compliance, maintenance budgets, capital projects, CMMS data, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of manufacturing maintenance or engineering experience, and 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple sites or large-scale operations. The position involves travel between North Carolina and South Carolina facilities and on-call availability during non-office hours.
