Description
The Division Manager will lead the washing and cleaning services division, overseeing window cleaning, exterior washing, and related exterior-maintenance services. The role manages field technicians and customer-service coordinators, schedules work, handles equipment and vehicles, monitors quality and safety, develops KPIs, resolves customer issues, sells recurring estimates, and trains employees. It is an operational, field-involved position based in Fort Atkinson with service throughout southeastern Wisconsin, offering first-year total earnings of $70,000–$80,000 plus performance-based bonuses and a 401(k) match.
